Meet Brandice
I’ve spent nearly 20 years in healthcare, mostly in sterile processing under surgical services. Before becoming a licensed broker, I also worked behind the scenes in real estate, supporting more than 45 residential transactions with contract logistics and market research.
I live in Marysville, have been married for more than 20 years, and am a mom of two and an identical twin. Outside of work, I love a good book, waterfall hunting, easy PNW hikes, and time with my favorite people.
I’m pretty straightforward and easygoing. You can ask questions, tell me what’s worrying you, and count on me to help you sort through the details.

Amazing Experience!
I’m surprised Brandice doesn’t have any reviews yet because she’s amazing! I was moving from Arizona to Washington and she made the whole process so easy.
