Before real estate, I spent nearly 20 years in healthcare surgical services and sterile processing. Different work, but the habits stayed with me: pay attention, ask questions, keep people informed, and follow through.
Real estate from the inside
I worked behind the scenes in a busy residential business with transaction logistics, listing operations, market research, systems, and client support before building my own business.
A practical eye for homes
Growing up around residential construction and painting gave me an eye for what can be changed and a habit of asking more questions when something deserves closer attention.
Real estate experience
I learned the moving pieces before I was responsible for the whole picture.
Before building my own real estate business, I supported more than 45 residential transactions through contract logistics, transaction coordination, market research, listing operations, and client support.
That experience showed me what happens behind the scenes, where details can get missed, and how much good communication and follow-through matter. I bring that foundation into my work representing buyers and sellers today.

I live in Marysville with my family. I have been married for more than 20 years, I am a mom of two, and I am an identical twin. My sister lives nearby in Lake Stevens, so family is never very far away.
When I am not working, I am usually reading a good book, looking for waterfalls, finding an easy hike, or exploring somewhere around the Pacific Northwest.
